Shahul Karim is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience at Firstsource, holding the position of Senior Vice President since July 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing Employee Experience for Business and Corporate Functions across APAC countries with a focus on corporate governance in people practices. Prior roles at Firstsource include Vice President and General Manager of Human Resources, managing Business HR, Talent Acquisition, and leading Centers of Excellence such as Compensation, Benefits, HR Projects, and Analytics. Shahul's career began at Fluidic Systems as a Sales Support Specialist and progressed through various operational roles at Firstsource, culminating in leadership positions. Shahul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from BHS First Grade College in Bengaluru.
