Nancy Torres is the Vice President, Platform & Program Operations, and Compliance and leads FirstView Financial’s Information Technology and Operational Support teams. She is responsible for the development of state-of-the-art solutions that enable claims processing and payment solutions to support FirstView Financial’s ever-growing healthcare fintech offerings. Nancy’s expertise in technology and compliance ensures that FirstView Financial consistently meets strict financial and healthcare compliance guidelines.

Nancy brings extensive knowledge of the banking and payments industries to FirstView Financial, with an emphasis on process improvement programs to reduce costs and streamline processes. Her experience spans over 25 years leading information technology, network brand management, operations, and compliance for Fortune 100 and start-up organizations, including Worldpay, The Home Depot, First Data Corporation, Wachovia Corporation, Unisys, and a previous term at FirstView Financial. Nancy’s customer experience-focused product development expertise ensures that all of FirstView Financial's new offerings and current solutions align with industry needs and best practices.

Nancy earned a BS in Business Administration, Marketing, from Georgia Southern University and an MBA in Business Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.
