Jill Corsi

Jill Corsi is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in the financial services and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at FIS since December 2015, Jill has played a crucial role in driving recruitment strategies for one of the world's leading financial technology firms. Prior to FIS, Jill held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SunGard until its acquisition in late 2015, and was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at MetLife from 2010 to 2014. Jill's extensive career also includes leadership roles at Alico, AIG American General, Heidrick & Struggles, USAA, TMP Executive Search, and Cap Gemini, showcasing a diverse skill set in executive deployment and talent management. Jill holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.
