David Hamilton

David Hamilton currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for AI, Global Privacy, and Security at Fiserv, where responsibilities include leading privacy counsel for Clover and advising on privacy incidents and regulatory matters globally. Previously, David held a role as Of Counsel at Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP, focusing on privacy, FinTech, and financial services litigation, with extensive trial and appellate experience. Prior roles included working as an associate at Dwyer & Associates LLC and serving as a Legal Executive at Wilson Nesbitt, where involvement included technology programming for legal communication. David holds an LLM in IP and Commercial Law from Duke University School of Law and an LL.B. in Law with Economics from Ulster University, along with a Diploma in Economics and Business from Saint Xavier University.
