Chris Kapcar

Chris Kapcar has extensive work experience in various technology leadership roles. Chris is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Fission Consulting, where they lead a global team in developing and expanding their ATOM product, which utilizes AI and machine learning for complex data transformation during mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Chris was the Vice President of Technology at PeopleReady, where they played a key role in technology and product development. Before that, they served as the Global Technology Leader at PeopleScout, leading the company's transformation into a technology-focused organization. Earlier in their career, Chris held senior positions at companies such as EZLinks Golf, Redbox, KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, OneSoft Inc., Concert Communications, Ford Motor Company, and Unverferth Manufacturing Co., Inc. Their roles included leading technological operations, engineering, data analytics, development projects, and infrastructure management.

Chris Kapcar attended Bowling Green State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
