Dr. Ronny W. Fritsche

Dr. Ronny W. Fritsche has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Ronny W. began their career at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in 2007, where they held various roles, starting as a Consultant and later becoming a Teamlead and Department Head. In 2013, they joined SWAROVSKI and held multiple positions, including Head of Quality Inspection & Packaging, Senior Business Excellence Manager, Vice President Focus Factory Complex Precision Products, Vice President Industrial Solutions & Business Development, and Managing Director of Swarovski Lighting Ltd. & General Manager of Schonbek. Dr. Ronny W. was also given a special assignment to review Swarovski Lighting Ltd. & Schonbek. In 2022, they joined Fissler GmbH as the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Dr. Ronny W. Fritsche began their education at Freiherr-vom-Stein Gymnasium from 1991 to 2000, where they obtained their Abitur. Dr. Ronny W. then attended Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2000 to 2007, earning a Diplom / Master degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik / Business Computer Science. Later, from 2007 to 2012, they pursued their education at the University of Bayreuth, completing a Dr.-Ing. degree in Production Engineering.
