Ben Enlander

Ben Enlander has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at FitFlop, where they are responsible for internal hiring across global offices and manages the recruitment and employer brand strategy. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at FitFlop and as a People Partner - Talent.

Before joining FitFlop, Ben served as a Senior Business Consultant at CSG Talent, supporting clients in the Consumer & Retail sectors with hiring in Supply Chain and Procurement. Ben also worked as a Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Ignata, where they collaborated with companies in FMCG, Fashion & Apparel, and Retail to source top talent for various functions.

Furthermore, Ben gained recruitment expertise at D R Newitt Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on commercial placements in the Food & Drinks Industry. Ben also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, specializing in recruiting technical and digital specialists within the web market.

In addition to their professional experience, Ben has a background in coaching soccer and has traveled extensively in Australia, South East Asia, Europe, and the USA.

Ben Enlander obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sports and Exercise from Abertay University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a BTEC National Diploma in Sport (Performance & Excellence) from Northern Regional College from 2002 to 2004. Ben'ssecondary education was at Belfast High School from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI in 2011, Scottish FA B License from the Scottish Football Association in 2009, and Advanced Blue from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) in 2000.
