Moya Dippenaar

Moya Dippenaar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2019 onwards, Dippenaar worked at Fitness and Lifestyle Group, first as an IT Program Manager and later as the Head of Digital Delivery. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the delivery and maintenance of digital products for various brands under the company umbrella. This included collaborating with stakeholders, implementing Agile Scrum principles, and continuously improving internal processes.

Prior to this, Dippenaar worked as a Digital Project Manager at KØBEN Digital in 2018. They also held a role as a Digital Advisor/Digital Project Manager at the Department of Transport and Main Roads in 2017, where they played a key role in the development and operations of the GC2018 Journey Planner for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

In 2015 and 2016, Dippenaar worked as a Web Delivery Manager and Certified Scrum Master for ELT Technology Group at Cambridge University Press. Their responsibilities included overseeing the development and delivery of online products, managing stakeholders, and coordinating testing and implementation processes.

Before that, Dippenaar gained experience as a Digital Project Manager at Lima Bean from 2013 to 2014, where they managed various digital projects. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Front-End Developer, Graphic Designer, and Project Manager at moyamultimedia in 2012, undertaking contract web and graphic design work.

Dippenaar's earlier work experience includes a temporary administrative assistant role at the digital agency NATIVE SA in 2012, a cashier and barista position at Whistler Blackcomb ski resort in Canada in 2011, a part-time secretary position at Laumar Electrical in 2011, and an assistant role at Platinum Africa in 2010.

Moya Dippenaar completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Science specializing in Multimedia from the University of Pretoria, from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of Information Science: Multimedia (HONOURS) degree from the same university. Moya also has additional certifications in Umbraco Fundamentals, Agile Project Management, Microsoft Project 2013 Essential Training, Certified ScrumMaster, and Gamification.
