Bharath Balan

Bharath Balan is the Senior Vice President of Operations and Growth at Fives Digital. Bharath has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations management.

Bharath started their career as a Director of Operations and Recruitment at [24]7.ai in January 2000. Bharath then went on to co-found iSearch Human Capital Solutions Pvt Ltd, an executive search and business consulting firm, in July 2010. In March 2009, Bharath became the Director of Human Resources at Sitel, where they were responsible for the country's HR and Leadership Development operations for the India region.

In March 2015, Bharath joined Justdial as their Vice President. Bharath led initiatives to operationalize multiple marketplace vertical offerings of JD and was responsible for Justdial’s Contact Center operations and Learning & Development nationwide. Bharath left Justdial in June 2018 to join Karvy Digikonnect as their Vice President.

Bharath left Karvy Digikonnect in September 2020 to join Fusion BPO Services as their Senior Director - India. Bharath was with Fusion BPO Services until March 2021 when they joined Fives Digital as their Senior Vice President of Operations and Growth.

Bharath Balan graduated from Loyola College in Madras with a B.com in Commerce & Business Management.

Bharath Balan reports to Kapil Sharma, CEO. They are on a team with Shaili Jain - Director of T&Q, PE & Transformation, Lakhan Joshi - Chief of Staff, and Srinivas V - Chief Human Resources Officer.
