Dave Maira

Dave Maira, CIA, CFSA, CAMS, CBPC, is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in various audit roles. Currently serving as the First Vice President and Internal Audit Manager at Five Star Bank since May 2015, Maira has progressed through positions including Vice President and Internal Audit Supervisor, as well as AVP and Senior Internal Auditor. Prior to this, Maira held positions at Carrols Restaurant Group and BD, where responsibilities included managing internal audits and leading profit and loss teams. Additionally, Maira contributes to the field as a mentor in the IIA Emerging Leaders Mentoring Program. Maira holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Canisius University.
