Oda Marie Høiesen has a long and varied work experience. Oda Marie started their career in 2012 as a Sales Assistant at AD UNDAS AS. In 2014, they moved to byTiMo as a Sales Assistant. In 2018, they joined FJONG Norge AS as a Customer Success Coordinator, and then moved on to roles such as Customer Relations and Operations, Showroom Manager, and Internship. In 2022, they were appointed as HR and Admin Manager and Customer Success Manager at FJONG.

Oda Marie Høiesen earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Kristiania University College from 2015 to 2018. In 2017, they took HR and Environmental Studies courses at The University of Queensland. Prior to that, they studied English Language and Literature, General at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2014 to 2015.
