Matthias Jänike

Matthias Jänike has extensive work experience, starting in 2012 with various roles as a Rechtsreferendar at the Amtsgericht Schöneberg, Staatsanwaltschaft, and Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft, Technik und Forschung. In 2013, they worked as a Rechtsreferendar at Buse Heberer Fromm and Bayer. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Legal Counsel at DKB | Deutsche Kreditbank AG. In 2014, Matthias joined Aristo Pharma GmbH as a Legal Counsel / Justiziar before becoming the Head of Team Legal. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Berlin-Chemie Menarini as a Legal Counsel / Syndikusrechtsanwalt. In 2019, they became the Head of Legal & Intellectual Property at Esteve Pharmaceuticals GmbH (formerly Riemser Pharma GmbH). Currently, Matthias is the Head of Legal & Compliance at flaconi since 2022.

Matthias Jänike completed their education in the field of law. From 2005 to 2011, they attended Freie Universität Berlin, where they obtained their 1. Staatsexamen degree. Afterward, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued further legal studies at Kammergericht Berlin, obtaining their 2. Staatsexamen degree.
