Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Computational and Imaging Sciences, this person will be responsible for the extracting and aggregating data from LIMS and flat files for transfer to clients, aggregating data and loading into LIMS, transforming data for internal departments, automated report creation, data QC, data transfer agreement assessment, and pipeline creation for the data management team. We are looking for a top-notch data engineer with extensive experience in data wrangling and an eye for attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science
3+ years of professional experience in software development
ETL Expert - Data Manipulation, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, & Identifying & Remediating Data Mismatches
Minimum of 3 years of programming experience using a programming language such as Python, R, SQL, C#/++, Java
Experience developing scripting solutions to automation problems, especially in a fast paced setting (pipelining)
2+ years experience writing complex SQL Queries and PL/SQL scripts
Ad-hoc report creation using programming languages - e.g. Jasper Reports
Good communication skills with the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team (pathologists, biologists, image analysis scientists, analysts, technicians, histology lab)
Experience with image analysis or computer graphics a strong plus
Basic Qualifications
Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau
Requirement analysis, configuration, system documentation, and special reports & training.
Understanding of SDLC best practices, including code reviews & promoting items from Staging to Production environments
