Timothy J McGrath

Timothy J McGrath has extensive experience in the life sciences and contract research organization (CRO) industries. Timothy J currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Flagship Biosciences, where they oversee end-to-end biomarker and analysis services. Prior to this role, McGrath worked as an independent consultant, leading the integration of Alliance Pharma and Flagship Biosciences.

In their previous roles, McGrath served as the President of US Operations at Nexelis, where they had full P&L responsibility for multiple locations and oversaw a wide range of operational functions. Timothy J also worked as the Vice President of the Drug Development Division at Southern Research, leading a transformation of the business to position it as a CRO.

Before that, McGrath held leadership positions at Q² Solutions, Quintiles, Advion BioSciences, Biotage, and Invensys, where they gained experience in areas such as laboratory operations, project management, and manufacturing. Throughout their career, McGrath has consistently demonstrated their ability to streamline processes, reduce costs, and drive growth within organizations.
