Angie Swanson

Angie Swanson is an experienced English Language Acquisition Teacher at Flagstaff Academy Charter School since November 2013, specializing in providing language acquisition services for K-8 students and implementing supportive curricula for ELL learners. In addition to educational responsibilities, Angie co-owns Uka Market, a business established in April 2013. Previously, Angie worked as a Pre-K Teacher for ELL newcomers at Appleton Area School District during the summer of 2010, focusing on developing communication skills for young ELL students. Academically, Angie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education (PK-6), and English as a Second Language from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where studies were completed from 2005 to 2010, following earlier education at Winona State University.
