Jeffrey Neufeld

Jeffrey Neufeld joined Flagstar Bank in 2019 as senior vice president and director of Mortgage Finance Banking. In this role he oversees all aspects of financing mortgage assets, including warehouse lending, mortgage servicing rights, servicer advances, and all related products.

Prior to joining Flagstar, Neufeld spent more than five years as senior vice president and treasurer of Mr. Cooper Group Inc., where he managed the warehouse line and was responsible for treasury functions, corporate insurance, enterprise procurement, and workplace services. He has extensive experience in mortgage finance, including mergers and acquisitions, fixed income trading, structured finance, and portfolio transactions.

Prior to Mr. Cooper Group, Neufeld was with Ocwen Financial Corporation for 11 years, ultimately serving as vice president of Treasury, overseeing treasury operations for all of Ocwen’s subsidiaries. Earlier in his career, he held management roles at Deutsche Bank Securities and ADM Investor Services.
