EVP & Chief Compliance Officer at Flagstar Bank

Kristina Janssens is executive vice president and chief compliance officer, a position she assumed in 2021. In this role, she is responsible for establishing standards and processes to ensure that compliance programs bank-wide are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, and correcting noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations.
