Scott Jackson

SVP of Operations at Flagstone Foods

Scott Jackson has extensive work experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Scott most recently served as the Sr. Director of Operations - Pasta at Winland Foods, where they oversaw the Pasta, Refrigerated Dough, and Dry Dinners divisions. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Executive Vice President of DMSJ Partners, LLC, providing manufacturing and operations consulting services to small and medium-sized food and beverage companies. Scott also served as the Sr. Vice President of Operations at Flagstone Foods, where they were responsible for leading strategy and engagement activities in Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, and Capital Expense. Scott has also held leadership positions at Dean Foods, Big Red, Inc., Woodway Beverage Partners, LLC, Jardine Foods Co., Private Harvest, Inc., Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Keebler Foods.

Scott Jackson attended Judson High School from 1977 to 1980. Scott then pursued a degree in Metals Design Technology at Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 1980 to 1982. Later, they attended Oklahoma State University from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Design and Technology. In 2021, Scott earned a certification in TLC Leadership Development Program from TreeHouse Foods.
