Theresa Marchetti

Theresa Marchetti serves as the Senior Director of Product Development and Delivery at Flairsoft Limited since June 2021, where responsibilities include business development and expansion for West Coast clients in permitting and licensing, as well as managing existing projects to ensure satisfaction and support. Additionally, Theresa operates as a Project Manager at TSM Enterprises and previously held the position of Research Operations Manager at the Department of Community Justice, overseeing a $3.5 million budget and staff for the Research and Planning Unit. Prior experience includes consulting for La Caja on regulated industries and managing the Livability Center at the Office of Neighborhood Involvement, where Theresa directed high-volume programs and represented the City of Portland in various regulatory matters. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Research Methodology - Criminology and a Bachelor's in Criminology from Portland State University, along with an Associate's in Paralegal studies.
