Marta Albes Carbonell has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Marta began their career as a Field Supervisor and Data Process for GESOP - Gabinet d'Estudis Socials i Opinió Pública, S.L. in 2008. Marta then moved to the Generalitat de Catalunya. In 2014, they were promoted to Global Profiling Director, where they led the revamping of the internal pre-targeting system and worked with the product team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features. Finally, they were promoted to Global Operations Specialist in 2017, where they designed and standardized processes for the local production teams. In 2022, they joined Flanks as a Building Wealthtech Products.

Marta Albes Carbonell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2002 to 2006. Marta then obtained a Master's degree in Political Communication from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2007 to 2009. In 2021, Marta completed a Digital Product Management course from The Hero Camp. Additionally, Marta has obtained certifications in Gestión de Proyectos con Metodologías Ágiles y Enfoques Lean from 'Conecta Empleo'. Programa de Formación Digital de Fundación Telefónica, an Intermediate R Course from DataCamp, and an Introduction to R Course from DataCamp.
