Amanda Ferguson has accumulated a diverse range of experience in customer support and hospitality. Currently serving as the Support and Success Team Lead at Flashfood since February 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Customer Support and Success Specialist within the same company. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a server at Coulee Brew Company from July 2019 to December 2020 and also served as a Student Mentor at The University of Lethbridge during the same period. Amanda's earlier roles include bartending at HMSHost and hosting at Old Spaghetti House. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Lethbridge and The King's University.
