Rob Forbes

Rob Forbes has extensive work experience, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Operations at Flatstick Pub since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the People and Culture Manager at the same company since January 2022. From March 2020 to December 2021, Rob served as the General Manager of Flatstick Pioneer Square, overseeing the overall operations and staff management. Rob also held the position of Brand Manager from January 2019 to March 2020, where they were responsible for developing the brand and marketing partnerships. In addition, Rob worked as the Assistant General Manager at Flatstick Pub from July 2018 to December 2018. Before joining Flatstick Pub, they served as a Bartender at the company from June 2015 to January 2018. Rob also has experience as the Director of Operations at 24/7 Organics from June 2015 to June 2016, where they played a vital role in building a startup supplement company.

Rob Forbes earned their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Integrated Studies from Cascadia College between the years 2012 and 2014. Rob then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication from Washington State University, which they completed between the years 2015 and 2016.
