Jether Octaviano

Jether Octaviano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Sutherland and Flatworld Solutions since September 2021 and March 2020, respectively, Jether also holds a position as a Technical Support Representative at Concentrix and previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at IBEX Philippines. Additional experience includes a short tenure as an Account Executive at iQor from May to August 2021. Jether holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from SKSU, which was completed in September 2018.
