Karen Alberca possesses extensive experience in account management, team leadership, and training within the customer service and media sectors. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Flatworld Solutions since June 2012, Karen oversees multiple team leads and SMEs for the FCC UK project in the Cebu center. Prior roles include Team Lead for various projects and a Professional Services Representative at Sitel, where responsibilities encompassed training, mentoring, and quality assurance for customer service teams. With an educational background in Mass Communication from Ateneo de Davao University, Karen also contributed to the development of visually impaired students as a Computer Teacher and led television production efforts at the PILIPINA Legal Resources Center.
