Trey Hoffman

VP, Customer Experience at Fleetio

Trey Hoffman is the current Vice President of Customer Experience at Fleetio. Prior to joining Fleetio, Trey served as the Director of Operations at Birmingham for Etix from October 2017 to December 2018. While at Etix, Trey increased TutuTix revenue by 15% and added several WhistleTix logos. Trey also lead the project to completely refactor the TicketBiscuit billing platform and served as a subject matter expert in ticketing as the company transitioned functionality to the Etix platform. Trey completed several post acquisition tasks including merging of operational systems, reduction of force and financial audits. Trey also installed a new Support and Call Center Manager and increased head count in Birmingham by 15.

Prior to joining Etix, Trey was with TicketBiscuit from December 2010 to October 2017 where they served as the Chief Operations Officer. Trey joined TicketBiscuit as Director of Sales Operations and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2012, also serving as Chief Technology Officer from May 2017. During their time at TicketBiscuit, Trey grew the operations team from six employees to over fifty during busy season, including the establishment of a dedicated Call Center, Support and fulfillment teams. Trey was also responsible for onsite services, hardware rental, fulfillment center and printing services. Trey sold the first TutuTix deal and was instrumental in the company’s creation of a full service product model. Trey focused on enhancing operations efficiency, knowledge, practices and procedures while also serving as an industry expert on the product development team. Trey assisted in product development utilizing: SQL Server and served as Salesforce Administrator. Trey participated in successful exit (acquisition by Etix) in 2017.

Trey Hoffman has a BS in Computer Science from The University of Alabama and they attended Anniston High School.

They work with Jorge Valdivia - CTO, Lori Sullivan - VP, Marketing, and Jonathan Sides - CFO. Their manager is Tony Summerville, CEO.
