Kaitlin Zentz

Kaitlin Zentz, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at FleishmanHillard, having transitioned from a Senior Manager role within the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Rapid MedLab, where operational closure occurred in June 2021, and multiple positions at BDO USA, LLP, culminating in the role of National Senior HRIS Analyst. At BDO, Kaitlin was responsible for HRIS maintenance, implementation, and configuration, ensuring data integrity for over 9,000 employee records. Earlier experience includes handling employee lifecycle management as a Human Resource Coordinator at Stone Carlie & Company, LLC, which merged with BDO, and serving as an Executive Assistant at USO of Missouri, Inc., contributing to significant organizational achievements. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication with a focus on Corporate Organizational Communication from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
