Roxana Struss

Roxana Struss has over 16 years of experience in the fashion industry. Roxana began their career in 2005 as a Production Manager for ALBERTO MAKALI. In 2009, they became a Production Manager for Jodi Arnold. From 2010-2011, they worked as a Freelance Product Development for Kimikal Unlimited and a Freelance Production Manager for Scarabello Clothing. In 2011, they were hired as a Director of Production for Cache, where they managed vendor matrix and risk management strategies in coordination with the VP. From 2015-2018, Roxana worked as a Freelance Product & Sourcing Manager for Karigam Enterprises, Inc. where they identified viable domestic factories, European mills and trim suppliers. In 2018, they were hired as a Director of Sourcing & Production for Kiki de Montparnasse. Currently, Roxana is a Senior Director of Sourcing & Production for Fleur du Mal.

Roxana Struss completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing at Baruch College from 2001 to 2004. Roxana then attended Accademia d'Arte in Florence, Italy to study Fashion Design. Roxana also attended the Fashion Institute of Technology.
