Jay Yu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jay is the Founder, Executive Chairman, and President of Nano Nuclear Energy Inc., a company focused on developing micro-Small Modular Reactor and Advanced Nuclear Reactor technology. Jay Yu has also worked as a Private Investor in Airbnb and as an Early Stage/Private Investor in Abaxx Technologies, Inc. Jay is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Financial Ventures Group, providing strategic consulting and business advisory services. Jay Yu is the Co-Founder, President, and Board of Directors member of Flewber, an innovative technology platform for private aircraft travel. Jay serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of St. James Gold Corp., a publicly traded company. Additionally, Jay Yu holds leadership positions as the Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of Test Diagnostics Inc., and as a Private Investor in Base Carbon Corp. and CytoMed Therapeutics Pte Ltd.

Jay Yu has a diverse education history. In 1995, they obtained a High School Diploma in Environmental Studies from the High School for Environmental Studies. Following this, they attended Baruch College in 1999 and 2000 to complete core classes in Computer Science. In 2001 and 2002, Jay attended Borough of Manhattan Community College to further study core classes in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Jay then transferred to The City College of New York and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2002 to 2004. Finally, in 2004 and 2005, Jay enrolled in Columbia University for continuing education in English Language and Literature, General.
