Beckie Jorgensen

Beckie Jorgensen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Beckie currently works as the Director of People Operations at Flex Technology Group, responsible for leading the HR Business Partners and People Operations team. In this role, they have written and managed RFP for Benefits Broker, recruited and hired new employees, and oversees Total Rewards, HRIS, and Environmental Health and Safety.

Prior to that, Jorgensen was the Director of Human Resources at Flex Technology Group, where they hired, coached, and developed the HR Business Partner team. Beckie also led reduction in force, furloughs, and return to work processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, they spearheaded continuous improvement efforts through large-scale HR and operational projects.

Before their tenure at Flex Technology Group, Jorgensen worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at another company. Beckie also worked as a Business Owner/Career Coach at People's Choice Consulting, LLC, providing career coaching services to college and university students.

Before that, Jorgensen held various HR management positions at Partners In Recovery, LLC, Magellan Health Services, Value Options, IndyMac Bank, Titan Auto Insurance, and Progressive Insurance.
