Rebecca Pruess has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rebecca began their career in 2005 at Fabulous Finds Boutique, where they served as a Sales Assistant and eventually became the Store Manager. In this role, they managed various aspects of the store, including ordering, payroll, and cash management.

In 2011, Rebecca joined the American Foundation of Counseling Services as an Intake Coordinator. Rebecca was responsible for managing client relations, medical records, and implementing standard operating procedures.

Rebecca then transitioned to Schneider National in 2013, initially working as a Recruiting Assistant. In this role, they facilitated communication between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely feedback. Rebecca later took on the role of Compliance Analyst, where they developed action plans and implemented compliance processes related to employment and labor legislation. Rebecca eventually became the Compliance Manager, leading a team and overseeing Schneider's I-9, Unemployment, and Personnel File processes.

Rebecca's most recent work experience is with Flexagon, where they have held multiple positions since 2016. Initially joining as the Director of Marketing and People Operations, they played a crucial role in building and driving the Marketing and People Operation functions. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Director of Customer Advocacy and Enablement, taking responsibility for customer advocacy and enablement strategies.
