Ray Cooke

Ray Cooke is currently the VP of Engineering at Flexciton. Prior to this, they spent a year studying for a graduate diploma in Mechatronics at Wellington Institute of Technology. Before that, they worked as a Principal Consultant / Lean & Agile Business Transformation Coach at Equinox IT. In this role, they mentored staff, provided thought leadership in DevOps, Lean, Agile and associated management consulting spaces, established knowledge sharing mechanisms such as Lean Coffees and company-wide presentations, and ran projects. Ray has also worked on numerous projects in the Security, DevOps, Lean and Agile domains.

Ray Cooke studied computer science at the University of Southampton, where they specialized in distributed systems and networks. Ray then went on to study engineering at WelTec, where they specialized in mechatronics. Ray also holds certifications from FutureLearn in Big Data: Data Visualisation and from the Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster.
