Jeffery Cusick has been in the technology industry since 2003. Jeffery began their career at Stony Brook University as an Assistant Technical Director at the Staller Center, where they managed technical crews to support the production schedule. In 2004, they moved to Anchor Computer as a Database Engineer. In 2005, they were a Business Technology Consultant at Best Buy For Business and a Certified Special Agent at Geek Squad. Since 2009, they have been with Flexible Business Systems, where they have held the roles of CIO/CFO, Director of Business Applications, Program Director for the Epic Community Connect Roll Out, and Technology Advisor. In their current role, they help businesses do more with technology, specializing in EMR, ERP, CRM, and xRM, as well as having staff with skills in NetSuite, Box, Microsoft Office 365, and Digital Marketing.
Jeffery Cusick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Fordham University between 1997 and 2001. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including a NetSuite Certified Administrator and NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer in December 2014, an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration in December 2012, an EpicCare Ambulatory Administration in August 2011, a Cisco CCNA in December 2009, a MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 in June 2009, and a MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in November 2004.
