Li Fang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career in 2008 as an Executive PR Manager for Nomination Italy Official, where they were responsible for identifying distribution partners, negotiating contracts, and organizing PR events for the brand's entry into the Chinese market. In 2011, they left this role.

In 2008, Li Fang also started working at Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation as a Brand Marketing Strategy Advisor. In this position, they conducted market investigations and data analysis to assist senior management in decision-making processes. They also developed promotion plans and integrated marketing communication plans for advertisement clients. They left this role in 2011 as well.

Li Fang attended Loughborough University from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education Management. They then continued their studies at Loughborough University from 2006 to 2007, earning another Master of Arts degree, this time in Media & Cultural Analysis.
