Lauren Treleven is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and strategic consulting. As the Founder of Pathway Talent since November 2024, Lauren focuses on connecting organizations with exceptional candidates while providing insights to support business growth. Prior to this role, Lauren served as an Executive Recruiter at Flexport, where strategic executive hiring and diverse talent pools were emphasized. Lauren's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Amazon, where contributions to diversity hiring initiatives and full lifecycle recruiting were notable, as well as previous positions at Expedia, Weber Shandwick, Allyis, BEACH HOUSE, and The Lippin Group. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona.
