John S Andrew III

John S. Andrew III has over 20 years of experience in the information security and compliance field. John S. began their career in 2001 as a Database Developer at IBM Internet Security Systems, where they worked on PeopleSoft HR8 Human Capital Management, Great Plains Accounting Fixed Assets, Inventory and Puchasing Modules implementation, Onyx Customer Relationship Management, and Computer Associates eNiku Professional Services Automation software. In 2003, they moved to Experis, Accretive as an IT Audit Manager, then to Accume Partners as a Manager of IT Audit Services in 2005. In 2007, they joined EMS Technologies (now part of Honeywell) as a Senior Manager of IT Audit, responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley and IT Security Audit, network security review, assessments, and incident response. In 2011, they became a Project Manager in the Honeywell Global Security Operations Excellence Group, where they produced monthly HGS Security Awareness Newsletters, built and maintained Learning Management System security awareness training, created an internal phishing hunting function, and updated and promulgated HGS OpEx Security Policy and Standards. In 2014, they moved to TurnKey IT Solutions, LLC as a Security & Compliance Consultant, then to E*TRADE as a Security Compliance Manager in 2017. In 2019, they joined First Advantage as an InfoSec Risk & Compliance Manager, where they worked collaboratively with FA Marketing Communications to direct annual InfoSec Security Awareness communications and assisted Legal/Compliance/HR teams with annual Compliance and Security Training content creation and delivery. Lastly, they are currently employed at Flight Schedule Pro as a Security Compliance Manager since 2022.

John S. Andrew III attended Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 1997 to 2000, where they earned an MS CIS in Computer Information Systems. John S. also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a BS in Applied Psychology.
