Sonny Blinkinsop

Sonny Blinkinsop has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Sonny began their career as a US Air Force Officer, serving for a remarkable 30 years and retiring with the rank of Colonel. Following their military service, Blinkinsop worked as the Director of Defense & Federal Services at Mutualink from 2013 to 2016. Sonny then joined Kaman Precision Products as the National Sales Manager - Memory from 2016 to 2018. Subsequently, they took on the role of Sales Manager Aero & Defense at FiberQA in 2018. Blinkinsop returned to Kaman Precision Products as the Director of Business Development (Fuzing) from 2019 to 2021 before being promoted to the Senior Director of Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Strategic Growth at FlightSafety International, a role they assumed in 2022.

Sonny Blinkinsop has a strong education history. Sonny attended Olympic High School from 1980 to 1983 and earned their High School Diploma. In 1983, they went on to attend the United States Air Force Academy Prep School. From 1984 to 1988, Sonny pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Military History at the United States Air Force Academy. Later, in 2001 to 2002, they attended King's College London where they pursued a Master's degree in Defence and Security Studies.
