Nancy Wight-Bakker

Nancy Wight-Bakker has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nancy started their career in 1994 at Compass Group USA as a Group Finance and Operations Manager. Nancy then joined Compass Group as a Project Manager in 2000 and held this role until 2009. In 2009, they moved to Compass Group Global Client Partnerships as a Global Business Development Director for two years. Nancy then transitioned to Compass Group North America as a Business Development Director from 2011 to 2013, and subsequently served as a Senior Director Finance from 2013 to 2022.
