Hanif Fathurrahman Nugraha

Hanif Fathurrahman Nugraha has extensive work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Hanif began their career in 2015 as a Sustainable Project Manager and Project Manager of Sunshine 5 Project at AIESEC UNDIP. In 2016, they became the Manager of Universitas Diponegoro Delegate for IMCC Phillip C. Jessup 2017 at Pseudorechtspraak and National Manager of Organizational Development Sales, Central Region at AIESEC Indonesia. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing and Export Sales Assistant at Tai Jeou Polymer Chemical Co., LTD. In 2019, they were a Corporate Talent Acquisition IT Specialist at Home Credit Indonesia. In 2020, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Flip and a Talent Acquisition (Technology) at Bussr. At Bussr, their main responsibilities included headhunting active and passive candidates using compelling narratives and uncovering unmet needs/aspirations. At EKRUT, their main responsibilities included finding candidates on behalf of client companies to fill job positions and matching candidates to the appropriate roles, from entry-level to executive positions.

Hanif Fathurrahman Nugraha has a Bachelor's degree in Law from Diponegoro University. Hanif has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Learning & Development Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in December 2022, Basic Human Resources Professional (BHRP) - Advance from One CHRP in June 2020, and Basic Human Resources Professional (BHRP) - Basic from One CHRP in May 2020.
