Deana Nakonechny

Deana Nakonechny has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Deana started their career in 1994 as the Owner/Operator of The Computer Place, where they managed the business until 2002. From 2003 to 2006, Deana worked as a Labour Market Information Coordinator for the Alberta Government's WJS Alberta. Following this, they served as the Office Manager at Vegreville Eye Clinic from 2006 to 2007. Deana then joined the University of Alberta in 2007, where they held multiple roles including Research Operations/Human Resource Advisor/Legal Assistant until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as the Operations Manager at BOLT Transition Inc.
