We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader to spearhead and drive all go-to-market efforts at Flodesk. This entails strategically planning and executing campaigns, crafting core messaging, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and aligning team members towards common goals. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing product education, which includes developing and managing an extensive range of educational content and resources. Your expertise will ensure that our members are fully informed and can leverage the full potential of our new features, thereby empowering their small business success. You will report to the Head of Marketing and join a growing Marketing organization. 

What you’ll do:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Spearhead the coordination and communication of go-to-market initiatives internally, establishing and monitoring clear timelines, objectives, and resource requirements for each campaign.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft product positioning and launch messaging to effectively communicate the value of new features.
  • Product Management Liaison: Act as a key communicator and liaison between product managers, designers, digital marketers, and channel owners.
  • Content Planning & Execution: Guide the creation of diverse content including launch emails, blog posts, social media creatives, help center articles, release notes, and educational materials, ensuring a unified message across all channels.
  • Content Planning & Execution: Ensure that all marketing materials consistently convey our brand story, clearly articulate the benefits of new features, and effectively address our members' business growth needs. Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and maintain alignment among team members on each campaign's direction and goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaborations: Collaborate closely with the Head of Community and the Designbrand team to develop overarching messaging strategies for each feature release.
  • Data Insights: Consistently execute team-wide retrospectives that evaluate campaign results in a data-driven mannerAggregate and report insights from go-to-market campaigns to foster continuous learning throughout the organization

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product marketing, including successful go-to-market campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, market research, product positioning, and messaging within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content and presenting complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, product development, and external partners (including content creators and small business educators).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights for informed decision-making.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling the needs and preferences of customers; familiarity and experience with the small business community is preferred
