Pierre Molano

Pierre Molano has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pierre first worked at Pep Boys as a General Manager from January 2001 to June 2006. Following that, they joined Advance Auto Parts and served as a General Manager from July 2006 to September 2010. Pierre then transitioned to the role of Regional Asset Protection Manager from September 2010 to March 2013, and eventually became a District Manager from March 2013 to September 2018. From September 2018 to May 2021, Pierre worked at Floor & Decor, where they held the position of Chief Executive Merchant. Currently, they are working at Floor & Decor as the Divisional Director of Operations.
