Rory Morgan

Rory Morgan has a strong background in project management and construction. They started their career in 2011 as a Project Engineer at Vaughn Construction, where they developed contracts, analyzed budgets, and supported project scheduling. In 2013, they moved to The Weitz Company, where they worked as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. During their time there, they managed budgets, negotiated contracts, and addressed critical issues. In 2015, Rory joined Commercial Flooring Services Inc. as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Preconstruction. They were responsible for coordinating proposals, developing business initiatives, and building client relationships. Most recently, Rory worked at FLOORZ as the Executive Project Manager before becoming the Director of Project Controls and Partner. In this role, they manage day-to-day project operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and handle change documents and purchase orders.

Rory Morgan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Construction Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained the ICRI Concrete Moisture Slab Moisture Certification from the International Concrete Repair Institute in January 2016 and the Ardex MC Rapid certification from ARDEX Americas in December 2015. Rory also holds certifications in CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
