Adey Tadesse-Heath

Adey Tadesse-Heath is the head of HR and Talent at FloQast. Prior to joining FloQast, they were a team member at State Farm from January 2014 to May 2016. Before that, they were a shift supervisor at Starbucks from October 2005 to March 2014. Adey has a passion for helping people reach their full potential and is excited to be able to do that in their current role.

Adey Tadesse-Heath has a degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland and a 4.3 weighted GPA from Walter Johnson High School. Adey also has certification from SHRM in SHRM Academically Aligned and SHRM California Law HR Specialty.
