Malthe Mikkelsen

Malthe Mikkelsen has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Malthe is currently the Head of Nordic HR at Upfield, a position they have held since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Unilever where they served in various roles including Senior HR Business Partner for Customer Development Sweden & Nordic Marketing, Marketing, Finance & Global Functions, and Finance & Global Functions. Malthe also worked as an HR Business Partner for Global Functions and as an HR Data Controller. Before their time at Unilever, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert in HR BPO at Accenture.

Malthe Mikkelsen holds a Master's degree in HR Management & Corporate Communication from Aarhus University. Malthe also earned a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication from the same university.
