James Morkert

James Morkert is the current VP of Culture, Safety & People at FloraCraft. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Fablite from February 2014 to February 2019, where they were responsible for creating an employee-oriented high performance culture. From October 2010 to February 2014, they worked as an HR Generalist at Metalworks Inc., and from May 2008 to October 2010 they worked as Human Resources at Summit Polymers.

James Morkert's educational career began with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Western Michigan University. James then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. In addition to their degrees, James Morkert also has certification from the BCSP Foundation as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) and from the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
