Leah Corso-Phinney

Leah Corso-Phinney has been working in the professional development and recruitment field since 2011. Leah began their career as a Professional Development Intern at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox. Leah then moved to Reed Smith LLP as a Legal Recruiting/Professional Development Specialist in 2013. In 2015, they joined Allen & Overy as a Recruitment, Benefits, PD Senior Coordinator. Leah then worked as an Attorney Recruiting Manager (Firmwide) at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2018 to 2021. Most recently, they began working as an Integration Consultant at Flo Recruit in 2021.

Leah Corso-Phinney attended The George Washington University from 2009 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Policy.
