Maria H. started their career in the banking industry in 1989 as an Assistant Branch Manager at Heritage NIS Bank. Maria later moved on to work as an Assistant Branch Officer at Florence Savings Bank before eventually becoming the Retail Operations Manager and VP at Florence Bank. Maria is responsible for overseeing policies and procedures, compliance, and legal updates, as well as acting as a retail liaison on various bank projects. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hamilton College and has furthered their education at the New England School for Financial Studies.
