Sara Belay

Sara Belay is an experienced professional in quality management and operational leadership within the horticulture and plant industry. Currently serving as the Quality and Compliance Manager at Florensis since October 2021, Sara previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at desa plants from October 2018 to October 2021. Earlier in the career at Desa Plants PLC from September 2015 to October 2018, Sara was the Head of the Planning Department. Educational achievements include an MBA from Addis Ababa University, a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, and a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainable Development, all obtained from the same institution.
