Patrick Polito - Sphr

Patrick Polito, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. Prior to this role, Patrick operated as an HR Consultant and Leadership Coach as an Independent Consultant. Additional experience includes positions as Sr. HR Manager - Field Operations with BPL Plasma, Inc. and Regional HR Executive at ADP, along with serving as Human Resources Officer for the Florida Department of Children and Families. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University and is a graduate of Yorktown High School.
