Nicholas Pech is a Manufacturing Director at Florida Rocket Lab since January 2022, responsible for creating prototypes for rocket engine components and preparing for full-scale manufacturing. Prior experiences include serving as a Manufacturing Supervisor, overseeing machine shop operations, and holding teaching assistant roles at the University of Florida, where Nicholas mentored undergraduate students in design and manufacturing processes. Nicholas also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue Energetics Research Center, focusing on solid fuel propellant formulations for the Army Research Laboratory. Additionally, an internship at Johnson & Johnson involved mentoring high school students in engineering principles. Nicholas is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida, expected to graduate in May 2024.
